Ryan founded Trendsetter Homes in 2019 after nearly two decades of experience in residential homebuilding and operations. After briefly stepping away in 2018 to explore public service, he chose to focus on family and returned to the industry with a vision for a more scalable, team-driven approach. Inspired by his grandfather’s legacy in development, Ryan discovered his passion early through hands-on building opportunities alongside his family. Today, he leads a growing homebuilding company serving both the Greater Springfield, Missouri and Greater Dayton, Ohio markets.
